A. LOCAL EXPRESS COURIER
Our standard local delivery made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the parcel.
B. RETURNS & INCORRECT ITEMS
Goods are not able to be returned after the signing of a delivery other than those which are faulty or damaged when they are received. In case of any damage or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days at email@example.com with your order number, your shipping address, your contact number and a photo of the defect. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible for further investigation.
C. WORLDWIDE DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY
We offer worldwide express delivery using service of DHL express as well. Prices quoted in SGD and country zone are stated in below chart, prices are based on weight of a standard 70cl bottle (costs may vary for heavier products.).
Please note that parcels to corresponding countries may be subject to import duties, local taxes and other charges.
D. DAMAGED PARCELS
We take pride in packing your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, there are times when parcels incur damage while in transit. If a parcel shows clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, we ask that you refuse the parcel. Please ask the courier to return the goods to sender.
